v.

James Hester

PLAINTIFF’S OPPOSITION TO LOUISON’S MOTION TO REQUIRE THE PLAINTIFF TO SEEK APPROVAL OF THE COURT BEFORE FILING FURTHER CIVIL ACTIONS (MOTION FOR AN INJUNCTION IN VIOLATION OF THE PLAINTIFF’S 1ST AMENDMENT RIGHTS)

The plaintiff responds and objects to this continued demand by Attorney Bradford Louison to have Judge Patti B. Saris violate this plaintiff/patriot’s 1st Amendment Rights under the United States Constitution.

Saris has already made an order of injunction against this plaintiff’s Constitutional right to Petition the Courts at the request of another bar attorney, one, Elizabeth Fahey, who got caught falsifying a deposition transcript.

This plaintiff will appeal and defy all such injunctions by Saris that criminally violate his Constitutional Rights, as above.

As to the rest of Attorney Louison’s rambling say-so, as per his motion, this plaintiff makes no further comment, as it is not worthy of any further comment and would only serve to reduce this plaintiff to Louison’s level of disrespect for the law and the courts of the United States.
